Broken screen, locked password, forgotten Apple ID……..

my son broke his screen, which in turn locked the phone due to numerous passcode failures. we now have a shiny new screen but he cant remember his apple ID to erase the phone and we don’t t have a laptop - any ideas?

with your device charger and any other information about the device
