Macbook Pro Airdrop not working

My Airdrop has stopped working on my mmacbook pro using Sonoma 14.2.

Airdrop works fine between my iphone and ipad but the macbook pro doesnt work for incoming or outgoing files.

I've tried all of the previous fixes suggested.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.2

AirDrop to iMac (2020 Intel/Ventura 13.2.1) not working since upgrading to Ventura Since I upgraded my iMac (2020 Intel) to Ventura several weeks ago, AirDrop receiving on my iMac has stopped working. But I am still able to send files from my iMac via AirDrop. I'm afraid to upgrade my MBP to Ventura because of this AirDrop issue. I have rebooted all devices numerous times, and made sure each OS has been updated (except MBP), but that hasn't helped. Airdrop stopped working between my iphone and Macbook Pro Airdrop just stopped working one day. Airdrop settings on MacBook Pro are "allow me to be discovered by everyone." I can see my iphone on the Airdrop screen on my MBP and I can see my MacBook Pro on my iphone when I hit the upload icon, but on the iphone it just says "waiting"when I try to send anything from my iphone to my MBP. Even small files won't transmit. Block incoming connections is NOT selected in Firewall options on the MBP. Both devices on the same wifi network.

Same here with iPhone or iPad to Mac Mini M2 Pro. All have the latest OS updates. Airdrop does work in the opposite direction though (from Mac to either of the other two devices).

Ive tried turning off my Macbook firewall but that hasnt helped.
