iPhone 14 Plus randomly disconnecting from LTE when using eSIM

I have dual SIM enabled on my iPhone 14 Plus. First One is a physical SIM, second one is an eSIM. I'm using the eSIM for the LTE (4G) connection.

The connection quality is not good. It keep disconnecting randomly :

Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

Minimum = 42ms, Maximum = 3389ms, Average = 68ms

When I use the first SIM for LTE, it works perfectly. I have another phone with a physical SIM same as the provider as my eSIM and it works perfectly too. The issue is only with LTE throught my eSIM.

I escalated to the network provider but nothing identified at their end. it seems that the phone is not stable when LTE is through eSIM.

My iOS version is 17.2.1.
