Iphone 11 Camera Focus not working on 1x lens

Rear main camera is not focusing the written things at x1.0 zoom. I tried everything. But I realised that when you set the zoom level smaller than x1.0(means that when you choose secondary rear camera) everything is clearly readable. But when zoom level is equal or bigger than x1.0 photos are very blurry. I am really disappointed about giving lots of money to a phone which can not focus on close shots. Waiting for apple to solve this issue. By the way all the phone is updated and everything is factory resetted.
