Apple watch 9 last update, stopped charging yesterday suddenly. it didn't charge over night but every thing else is working with no problems, probably until there is no battery left.

It charges up to 80% because Battery Charging optimization is set to ON for the Apple Watch. This is normal. It will charge to 100% eventually.
