iphone XS ios 17.2. The share button will not work properly consistently. Cannot AirDrop, or send link or document to another user by text or email. The share destination buttons are either blank circles or non-reponsive when tapped

iPhone XS iOS 17.2.

The share button stopped working properly consistently. Cannot AirDrop, or send a website link or document to another user by text or email. The printing options are non-responsive as well. The recent share destination buttons are either blank circles or non-responsive when tapped.

It will work for a couple of times if I reboot the iPhone after I toggle wifi and Bluetooth off and on but eventually stops working.
