For some reason, everything I type in the Journal app is bold. Doesn’t matter if I manually change the formatting either, it reverts to bold after a few seconds. Is this intentional? Bugged? Force close doesn’t do anything for me and I’m afraid to delete the app and reinstall because I don’t want to lose my entries and don’t know where they live.

Try turn off bold text if you have it on.
I have this issue too but I have bold text on, turning it off restarts your phone and i’m too impatient for that. Lol. Hopefully this suggestion works!

Didn’t need to restart the phone, but that worked. Shame it affects the text text in Journal and not just system text.
