How to transfer data from damaged iPhone 14?

How to retrieve my games after transfer to new iPhone?

I14 crushed on highway falling out of pocket on motorcycle. Got new replacement I14. Got most of stuff on old phone back except my games. Can I recover them?

If you have been making regular backups to either iCloud or to your Mac of your old iPhone, the game data may still be available for you to restore it from to your new phone.

The game apps themselves; however, would have to be re-downloaded.
