Apple Watch series 9 45mm for a size 5 wrist?

I would like to buy an Apple Watch Series 9 45 mm. I have arthritis and have trouble sometimes using my fingers on the 41 mm series 7. But from what I’m reading, I won’t be able to find a smaller wristband for the 45 mm. As I am a size 5 wrist, is there anyway I can use the 45 mm watch? Do they make smaller bands for it?
