MY MONZO CARD STOPPED WORKING FOR APPLE PAYMENTS ALL OF A SUDDEN AFTER 5 YEARS

Hi goodmorning, I really don’t know what happened but it keeps saying “this payment method cannot be used with this iTunes Store”

My store is the UK store. I have been using my Monzo for payments since 2019 this is the first time this is happening. My Apple Music will soon stop working and my iCloud hasn’t been backed up for time so I am scared. Why is Monzo not working all of a sudden. I don’t know what to do help please. I also tried to switch to my Visa card that is a a Caribbean card but it didn’t work.

You might try removing and re-adding the payment method.


Also, try the steps here - If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
