Can’t find print center

I have an iPhone 6 using iOS 17.12. I want to access the print queue for my printer. Searching online I find that I should see something called Print Center from my Home Screen, but nothing shows up there. I also tried searching under my settings button but can’t find it there. Any suggestions?
