Pro Display XDR Font Size

Am getting settled in with a new Pro Display XDR. I want to set the resolution to the highest setting to edit photograph files. But fonts, like in the Menu Bar, are terribly small. Is there any way to adjust these font sizes other than setting a lower resolution? I have already selected "Large" in menu bar size in system settings. Not really much help (I can increase desktop icons and dock icons okay; it's the Menu Bar and other opened windows that have the tiny fonts).

If there are any pro photographers out there who use this display am I going too far with the highest resolution setting? Would appreciate any thoughts.
