I get billed by "APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE" even though I don't have any subscriptions

I always get the bill from "APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE" every month even though I have made no subscriptions or purchases, how to ask apple to refund this money? And also it shows only on my credit card about the purchase on the purchase history it is not. Tried to refund but it does not show the amount or where it was taken from.

First, make sure it's actually a subscription from Apple - If you don't recognize a charge - Apple Support


If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support. There's a possibility it might be fraudulent designed to look like a legitimate Apple charge.
