subscribers request does not accept incoming calls

My phone does not ring when people call and i get no notification. No one can leave a voicemail and when anyone tries to call me to goes straight to this message. "subscribers request this phone does not accept incoming calls message PO401WA58" This started after updating my phone.

my iphone 15 will not let incoming calls....instead they go directly to voice mail my phone will not accept incoming calls, they all go to my voice mail
