Game mafia 3 does not work and i tried everything i tried to get a refund but they said they can't even on the developer website and apple

I tried installing this game on macOS Ventura and Sonoma and on both software, the game did not work I did mean to buy this and I would like a refund also the game says You can’t use this version of the application “Mafia III” with this version of macOS. and this app was costly and I tried everything I asked everybody i contacted Apple support more 3 times and they said that I should reach out to you I did not mean to buy this, I don't want the game,I just would like a refund and the game does not work anyways.please help
