What is an Alias and how do u need to create it?

An Alias is a secondary email address tied to an original email account. All email sent to the Alias address arrives at the inbox for the main account, but appears as a different email address.

See the link provided in an earlier reply for how to create an Alias email address on your current iCloud account.

here it is again: click here ➜ Add and manage email aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Then is it possible to create and log in with a new icloud and not lose anything from the previous one? or keep them both in the device and just switch whenever?

No. If you create a new account, its an entirely new account, and would have no ties to the previous one and all its purchases.

You can only switch account once very 90 days on a device.

Unless the current name is super offensive to you, or has some other issue you cannot get passed, the easiest and most convenient thing to do, is to just create an Alias and use that for your email communications.
