Last OS version available for MacBook air 2017?

Hello everyone.

I took out an "old" MacBook Air 2017 which I used to use for producing reasons with mainly Garage Band.

Now, after updating it to the last version of MacOS available (Monterey 12.7.2) I tried to download again Garage Band from the AppStore as it has been disinstalled before.

The problem is that the AppStore says that my OS version is too old, and that I require at least a 13.5 or higher.

I used to have a lot of productions on it that I'd like to open again as I can't visualize the files without using GB; is there anyone who knows what can I do to use again GB on this Mac?

From my perspective it seems that I already hold the latest OS version for this Mac but I'd like to receive a confirmation as I wasn't able (and it's kinda strange) to find out which is the last OS version available for this product.

Thanks in advance to all!

Filippo

Right.

If you've ever installed GarageBand before, click Apple menu > App Store and then click your username/icon at the bottom of the sidebar to get your "Purchased" apps and that should allow you to install the latest version of GB that is compatible.
