I replaced the power supply and the logic board (both new) still I have no led indicators or signs of power. I did test the old and new logic boards meter.

It seems like that something with the repair has not gone good I am afraid... Did you follow the instructions on ifixit? If not, you might want to refer to that
Be aware that Apple does not support this kind of repairs for as far as I now

The new board is getting 12v the old one gets 0.01 volts with multimeter.
