Apple Watch is Offline on Apple TV with Fitness+

My Apple Watch has disconnected with Apple TV while I was using Fitness+. Apparently, my Apple Watch is online and My Apple TV IS ONLINE, TOO.

What else I can to get my Apple TV Fitness+ to connect to my watch? And how to maintain their “connection” without keep having this problem?

(Re)connect your Apple Watch to Wi-Fi - Apple Support

Not just online connectivity, but the same home network as the Apple TV box.
