weather forecast does not exist in apple watch

My watch just updated to watchOS 10.1. I cannot see the weather forecast, but only the current condition. No scrolling possible. Is this a new feature of watch OS 10.1?

Now, there is no information on the home screen and you can't scroll to any more information. The only way you access more information is when go into each separate menu item via the top left menu item. Which is incredibly clunky - it now requires several taps to go in and out, just to get the same that used to be one tap. Why has the weather app less capability than before? Series 4 Watch OS10.1 - Weather app doesn't scroll Since updating to Watch OS10.1 on my Series 4, the Weather app does not allow scrolling, neither by spinning the digital crown or by scrolling up/down. Instead it shows the main page for the selected location. I can tap the list button and change location, and I can tap the upper right corner button to change the view (Conditions, Temperature, etc), but no matter what location or view, I cannot scroll to see things like the hourly forecast, weekly forecast, etc. I have tried restarting the watch but nothing changed. Hope someone can help.

It must be a new "feature" and I'm a little sad. I used the forecast feature all the time. Why, why, why did they take it away?
