How to change my iPhone's clock color?

So I have a mostly white background on my Home Screen which can make telling the time or Wi-Fi status, etc. quite difficult since that is also white.

Is there any way to change the top info to black? Even in dark mode it stays white. With app names, if you have a white background they automatically add some sort of shadow so it’s readable but not with that top info.

Whenever I open phone settings, all that information (time, Wi-Fi and network) changes to black to accommodate the white background on light mode so why not with the wallpaper?
