I'm using family sharing with my family. However, we want to set up different methods of payment associated with each Apple ID under Family Sharing.
Is this something can be done within a future software update? I feel like this is helpful for families who have family members willing to use the original method of payment associated to their own Apple IDs.

This facility already exists if you want to enable this option, however this also means that family members cannot share apps and other content. This is the design of a family sharing group - the family organiser gets the bill for purchases that everyone can share.
Apple says in How to share apps and purchases with your family - Apple Support that:
When purchase sharing is turned off, you stop sharing your purchases and lose access to the purchases made by your other family members. However, you can continue to share subscriptions like Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade, but everyone must use their own payment method for purchases.

How w does a family member pay for a show on my account?
If you are the family organiser? With purchase sharing off each family member will pay for purchased content using their own payment method set for their Apple ID account - but won't be able to share purchases.
With purchase sharing on the family organiser pays for everything. You'd have to set up a private reimbursement scheme between family members and the organiser, if that's what you wanted to achieve.
How w does a family member pay for a show on my account? Or an app she wants individually that I would not use and for.
