Didn't get the black friday gift card

Hello! I ordered my Macbook Air M2 16gb RAM 1tb storage during black friday. However I have not received the gift card. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried contacting sales support at 1-800-MY-APPLE to see if they can help?

No haven't tried that. I don't think that number is available here in Sweden, but perhaps I can find another number. I'll check, thanks!
