my iPhone won't connect to wifi or data

my iPhone says its connected to wifi but its not and I have full data bars but I can't go on social media or any apps that require a signal. I've restarted my phone and the signals come back for about 30 seconds then leave again. I've taken out my SIM card, re-added the wifi, I've re-setted my network settings, turned on airplane mode, restarted the wifi router, and nothing has worked. Any other suggestions?
