iPhone 8 running iOS 16.7.2 opened to a website = vulnerabilityassessment.life It appears to start a scan of my phone. I haven’t selected this website. is this a virus or some Apple update?

It’s annoyware. There are no iPhone viruses and if there were, nobody would write a virus that you could see - what would be the point.
