I bought a pair of AirPods Pro 2nd gen (lightning) im not sure if i got scammed or not. The model number on the case says a2700. The airpods say the model number is a2699. then on my phone tell me the model number is a2618. so im confused ig

If the serial number on the box is different from the serial number your iPhone is telling there is a chance that you have fake AirPods

Model numbers are easily faked and any fake AirPods you purchase will also have the fake model numbers. To be certain that AirPods are not fake, then they must be bought at Apple or Authorized Apple seller. You will find that with a fake pair of AirPods, that noise cancellation may not work along with the Find My feature. Also the audio quality will be poor compared to genuine AirPods.
