why is my number Unavailable for iMessage and FaceTime

This is happening to me now for some strange reason. It was working perfectly well until today. Turn my phone off and back on again and still the same problem but not only that. When i tap my name to see my apple ID, only the the Sign-in & Security was highlighted. And when i tap the Sign-in & Security, a screen pop up and says "Account Details Unavailable". What is going on? #iphone #facetime
