Can’t reinstall OS X Yosemite

I’m not able to reinstall OS X Yosemite to my MacBook Pro. I can’t do anything with the Apple ID password and it’s says 403 forbidden how do I fix it I need help

I had to har reset my Mac Pro 2010 and can't reinstall Yosemite My Mac Pro 2010 running Yosemite was slow and I decided to har reset. But now I cannot reinstall the Yosemite, When I turn the Mac on, I go to the window where I have the option to install Yosemite. But when I type my Apple ID and password it says it's wrong, but it's not, and I even keep receiving verification codes for each attempt. I tried restarting so many times that I am about to desist. I tried to create a bootcamp disk using my MacBook M1 but no success until now. Any suggestions?

Reinstall system 10.11 I have been trying to install system OS X El Capitan (10.11) on a MacBook Pro Hi resolution-17 inch 2.6 GHz, model number A1229, that I erased with Disk Utility. The computer is connected to the internet by a cord plugged into the Wi-Fi router. After I type in the Apple ID and Password, I get the error message “An unexpected error occurred while signing in. The server gave an error during download: 403 Forbidden.”

I accidently Eraised the HD and Now can't install mac os with error code 403 so this is realy dumb but i eraised the hd and now mac os yosemite won't install

Error 403:

403 indicates that there is a Server Error. So, go here: How to Reinstall macOS - Apple Support
