Mail Merge Labels "Next Record" fix update?

This was posted in March looking for updates. I attempted to make address labels using pages and numbers with avery template download. The best I could do was get one label per page. Microsoft Word has a "Next Record" feature that prevents this from happening. I'm hoping apple creates a fix. If so please share!

In the meantime, my workaround was to cut and paste each of these created records into one grid and then print my one sheet of 30 records. It was tedious but they printed correctly. Maybe a tad faster than handwriting and hopeful that there will be a fix next time around.

This is the template I used actually, but the mail merge programming does not instruct it to populate each field on the sheet, only the first one and then creates a new page of labels only populating the first label with the second record.

Avery has a free online tool that would have saved you hours of effort populating a Pages label template. It is called Avery Design & Print and is usually recommended in this community for Pages label work.

These are user supported, public communities and no Apple product teams participate here, and they won't see your product improvement suggestion. And since Pages is no Word clone, don't count on Apple adding Word features to it. On the Pages application menu is a feedback menu item that goes directly to the Pages product team.
