(windows + v ) in windows will give great clipboard options which have all copy history( not just one )from multiple sources and we can select paste from all the list of copies at the same time. this features is a must for writers. why this feature is missing in macOS.
As dialabrain says, there are 3rd party clipboard managers. Lots of them. Some free, some paid apps, or part of other apps.
I personally use BetterTouchTool (paid app) for all the keyboard, trackpad, mouse customizations I can do with it. But it also has a built-in clipboard manager that you can bind to any trigger on the keyboard, mouse, or trackpad (I like 4 finger swipe down as my trigger).

Because Apple didn't implement it.
FWIW, there are third-party clipboard managers. Check the App Store and search online.
How can you be sure that these third-party apps will not steal your passwords? That's the most insecure thing possible, and that's why it would be a good idea to have an option built into macOS.
I am sure it will be available in the future and Apple will shout from the rooftops about this great engineering feat.
