listen for "Siri" in Mac m1

No option for listen for "Siri" present in Siri and Spotlight section in settings

I'm not sure if the update is not present in the Mac M1

or an issue in the system

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.1

In my Siri and spotlight settings> I can select listen for "hey, Siri"
