In the iOS Settings ( -> Music) the ‘Add playlist songs’ setting keeps turning ON. I rather keep it turned off. I noticed the issue today the first time. Installed latest update but fixes nothing. It happens each time I edit a playlist the setting gets set to ON again.

Exact same thing happening to me on Apple Music across all my devices - my current iPhone, my MacBook and even on my old iPhone which uses an old iOS. A lot of users on Reddit are reporting the same issue, so it seems to be yet another bug on Apple Music. Hopefully they fix it soon.

bro im so glad i found this thread, i thought i was trippin, i couldn’t find anybody else with the same issue, i looked up a bunch of youtube videos but found nothing, restarted my phone, and updated it too, it must be some type of glitch, i dont think we can do anything to fix it, i tried everything 🤒
I am having the same issues. Every time l add a song to one of my playlists , it adds it to my library. I turned off the feature multiple times and it turns back on automatically. Apple please fix this
me too. also, if i remove them from my library after it adds them it removes it from my playlists too which is annoying. it also seems that some songs are removing from my playlists on their own. apple needs to fix this bug
