Start listening and no progress bar despite using Apple Music Everyday

Every time I try to log into apple music replay it takes me to a screen that says start listening now. I have not been able to see any sort of progress bar, even when using different browsers and trying to refresh the website. I have tried all of the troubleshoot options - I have always had my listening history use on in settings and have tried redownloading and reinstalling the app as well. This has been a reoccurring issue and I haven’t been able to see my replay since 2019 as that is the latest playlist I have. I’m really upset as i’m trying everything to get my replay but nothing is working. I contacted apple support and everything looked correct on their end for my subscription, history, and account. The only thing I could think of is with family sharing as I have apple music as part of a family. Has anyone else had this same issue?

This is my second year in a row experiencing this issue. I also have apple music as part of a family plan.
