TV App problems (Views not sticking and no arrow to return to Recently Added)

I'm having too problems with the TV app on Mac. I have a recent iMac with the current OS.

The first is that views of Playlists are no longer "sticky." That is to say if I choose Grid View for a playlist, as soon as I click off it, it will return to Playlist View.

The other big thing is that the arrow that allows me to return to Recently Added has disappeared when I run the app in full screen. I can take the app out of full screen and it will reappear, usually.

Both of these problems started with OS 17, and have persisted through the two updates.

I'd like to add this and hope support or someone who knows might see this, but in TV app on a Mac (NOT the Apple TV), Smart playlists or any playlists created for that matter will not stay in Grid view mode. I'e tried numerous times to change the view to grid mode and it does, but as soon as I recheck on the playlist, it automatically goes back to playlist mode, no matter what I do. Grid view was great, it allowed me to see the full poster art and to sort it by yer for example. I don't know why they changed this, and further, if there is no way to "remember" the view settings, why even offer us the option to change it if it won't "stick"

Same problem, and it's driving me crazy. I use playlists very heavily and I HATE list mode.

And Apple, you demonstrated downright contempt for your users when you gave your streaming service, your set-top box, and your media app the same name. Finding help on the web is nearly impossible, and clearly you aren't paying attention to questions being asked in your own forums.
