Can't make calls with my new iPhone 15 Pro
I cannot make calls from my new iPHONE 15 PRO please advice what to do.

I can’t contact my carrier because I can’t call out on my new phone!!

Contact your carrier for help with this. See if this helps: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
Then borrow someone else’s phone or go to one of your carrier’s stores.
