ANC/Transparancy via Control Center on iPhone 13Pro does nothing...why?

when I long press on the volume slider in Control Center on my iPhone (13Pro lates iOS) and my Beats Studio Pro's are connected (via Bluetooth) changing among Off/ANC/Transparency modes doesn't actually make the change, it stays in whatever mode was set on the headphones. If I change it on the headphones via the system button (double clicking) it works fine. It also works when I have them connected (again via Bluetooth) to my MacBook Pro (M1Pro latest OS).

On the iPhone, agin through Control Panel, changing the Spacial Audio settings DOES work.

Any thoughts?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17

Just went into Settings>>Beats Studio Pro and dried to change the Noise control there and a "message" shows up under the options, "NOISE_CONTROL_MODE_REQUIRES_BOTH_BUDS_IN_EAR"... that is the exact text and it is capitalized exactly as I have it. These ARE NOT buds they are over the ear HeadPhones (Beats Studio Pro Brown).

This isn't the only time I've seen this in the last two days either, though I can't pin down anything that repetably makes this happen nor clears the issue.

I’m having the same problem with these headphones on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. They paired fine at first and all the settings worked perfectly from the phone control center. After I paired them with a computer, used them there for a while, then switched back to the iPhone, I started seeing the same issue you’ve described. Power cycling the headphones makes no difference.
