Purchasing AppleCare

Question

We bought a device and was told we could purchase AppleCare anytime in the first year. It will not allow me to buy it online.

You need to ask Apple. We are just other users and Apple's information does not include that.

There are only a couple of countries where the old 1 year rule is still valid. Most of the world now has a rule of having to buy it within 60 days.
