Classic Movie "7 Faces of Dr. Lao" Video Out-Of-Sync With Audio

I purchased classic film "7 Faces of Dr. Lao" through Apple TV and the video plays out-of-sync on four iPads, one iPhone, and on any device I have tried so far. Yet, every other Apple TV film plays correctly. I also have numerous television shows that also play correctly.

The "7 Faces of Dr. Lao" is a good film -- except -- I can't stand the video/audio being out-of-sync.

Has anybody else noticed this?
