Apple Music isn’t working anymore on my ipad

Playlists randomly will display normally -or- just the title and a blank/black field with no songs. Sometimes when I return the playlist populates but won’t play. Or i press play and only 1 song will play but will not let me pause or switch songs and then freezes at the end of that song. The songs are downloaded to device. I spent 2 hours with 2 different applecare peeps but could not get it to work. It worked fine wednesday and quit working friday- it may have auto updated to 17.1.1 during that time
