Apple Watch with tattoos

Any updates regarding wearing an Apple Watch with arm full of tattoos been resolved yet with the new series 9 out?

Tattoos are still an issue. The opaque ink blocks the light used to see blood flowing through your blood vessels.


I have heard reports that maybe wrist detection has been improved, but also counter reports that it does not work that well with tattoos.


If you are going to consider an Apple Watch, you should see about trying an Apple Watch in store for 20-30 minutes before you pay anything.


If you are going to buy without trying, then the Christmas season has the best return policy, of January 8th, 2024
