beats studio pro won't connect to samsung TV

Since you have already reset them multiple times, updated the firmware, & verified other Bluetooth devices can pair with this TV, then I can only think of two things that are possible:

1. These Beats are not compatible, and/or
2. They are defective.

As such, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly for further assistance with this matter. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.

Mine are doing the exact same thing does anyone out there know what’s going on my tv recognizes them when I pair them but when the little box appears in the upper right hand corner to connect the audio to them it tries and then times out

Did you double-check your Samsung TV's user guide to verify how to enable Bluetooth pairing mode on it? If so, can you successfully pair other Bluetooth devices to it?

It is pairing but prompting to check the device. Any other way? Other wise i have to return it
