Hi! My workout app from my watch seems to have disappeared. It’s still showing in my watch app on my phone but not on my watch so I can’t track activity. Any suggestions would be gratefully received! Thank you!

My opinion: Call Apple or go to an Apple Store and report the problem.
Also, did the data also get deleted or only just the app on the Apple Watch?
Finally, when did it disappear? Like randomly, after an update, getting a new watch face, or something else? Maybe that has to do something with it.
(my advice is not good please ask apple before doing the things i stated)
