So i have iphone 14 pro for one year and is the second time that i have this issue with the camera in one month
I am in camera and trying to capture a picture/a video/ a selfie but nothing is saved to my photos
(The first time that this happened i restart my iphone) but two times in one month is frustrated.
Does enyone know what the issue is or does this happened to anyone else?

Report this to Apple...
Yes. For the iOS 17 version updates, loss of photos is commonly-reported on these forums. And for note, power issues are of common-concern as well. Question is: "Just how many people have actually reported this to Apple?"
So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of your occurrence, if you don't report it to them.

If you are using iCloud Photos – do you have free space in iCloud?
If you run out of iCloud space, I believe that the phone will stop uploading new photos and videos to the master iCloud Photos library.

Troubleshooting Photos not Being Saved:
A. Force Restart your iPhone:
To see if something is not responding, Force Restart your iPhone. Go here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
B. Try Transferring these:
They would remain on your iPhone, unless some failure occurs So, connect this to a Mac or PC, and then see if photos are able to be transferred: Transfer Photos and Videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC - Apple Support
C. Check iCloud Photos:
Is Photos enabled in iCloud Settings? If not, then enable it. Then, check iCloud Photos manually, to see if they exist: https://www.icloud.com/photos
Id advise reaching out to more than apple and/or anyone local. Some people won’t do right this way. Go report it all over!!
