Lost All “Awesome Calendar” Events past and present How to Recover? ( there was recently an iPhone update)

I got mine back by going to settings and click on “allow access”- all events came back. (I said a big ole prayer before hand) Hope this works for you. Mine was not backed up to the cloud.
Go to settings, then Awesome calendar, then , allow full access.
Someone pls help!! I am desperate. Lost all events on Awesome Calendar during update to iOS 17.
