Why my photos won’t upload in certain apps?

My photos were uploading fine before but now some won’t upload in some apps.

iOS 17.1.1 Iphone 13 photos not loading in iCloud I updated to iOS 17.1.1 and since then any of my photos are loading in iCloud. Do you know what could be the reason of that? I entered the gallery one day before update, it was working fine. I got update and NONE (past, recent, none) of my pictures are loading in iCloud. They are visible and fine directly on my phone. Please advice :) This is how a gallery looks like in iCloud

You may want to check the Setting for "Formats" in the Camera.app. Is the Format set to RAW?
