I have a company issued LapTop running Windows 11 Pro and I would like to use my iPhone X Earbuds on this computer. Company doesn't support Apple, but doesn't care if I use the LapTop after hours for Vidio & Music.

Which exact Lightning to USB-C adapter are you referring to? I'm assuming that your "iPhone X" earbuds has a Lightning connector ... correct?
The key will be does the USB port on this Windows laptop support audio output.
Inferring that he is talking about the Apple USB-C to Lightning Adapter, I am not able to get it to work on a Windows machine unfortunately. Similar to OPI have a pair of headphones that terminate to Apple Lighting and using the adapter, it works on my iPhone 15 and MacBooks. Though, haven't been able to get Windows to acknowledge it. Missing some drivers I guess /:
... and, as I mentioned to the OP, just because the computer has a USB port, does not mean that port supports audio output. The computer would also have to have an USB audio processor, which may or may not require drivers.
Will this Lightning to USB C adaptor work on a Windows LapTop? I would like to use my iPhone X earbuds on my company supplied LapTop. Company doesn't support Apple.
