Battery Health iPhone 14 Pro Max at 89%
I have an 11-month old iPhone 14 Pro Max. Battery Health is at 89%. Is this normal? Seems to me it's degrading quite fast compared to my previous iPhone (XS Max). Should I worry?

89% is a healthy battery so it's normal, a battery is a consumable so it can happen, depends on many factors, like use and charging. The worst thing you can do is to let the iPhone go totally flat for multiple times or as a habit and then charge it 100%.
