iMac sonoma 14 printing issue.

I purchased the new HP Smart Tank 7300 series printer. When I select the document to print in colour it shows up as black and white. I change the setting on the print output to colour but the print preview is still in black and white.

I updated the software for my iMac and used new printer drives to install HP Smart Tank 7300 but I still cannot print in colour. It only prints in black and white. I cannot find where the this has been set as a default setting
