Why I can’t refund my item.It said not eligible to refund.And my country not support number.Please help

Receiving a Refund Hey everyone, last week I purchased an app but right after that I requested a refund. The next day I received an update in the "Report a problem" section that my request is accepted i.e. the status changed to "refunded." However, I still haven't received the money. Now, I don't expect to get them right away but I was wondering if there's a way to get any updates on the situation. The thing is, my country isn't listed in the support sections so I can't talk to a live chat agent or via the messages app. And what bugs me is that before sending the refund request I had removed my credit card number and info from my profile's payment method. Can this be a problem and prevent Apple from sending me the money, or they should have the needed info via transaction history and stuff? Or should I re-enter my info just in case? Also, as a side note, as of now, the app is still operational and I haven't lost access to it. Thanks.

My App pay and need to refund back Dear Apple I was having problems with your account for cancel some pay to Application is not working in my country!! And the issue still pending and waiting for refund from you guys??

I cannot find an Apple Support listing for Cambodia either. But if Apple already told you the charge was not eligible for a refund, then I do not have any other suggestions. Sorry.
