Hello Apple Team, I bought my iPhone 13 and it is blacklisted, I have no idea before that, please help me to solve my problem, how can I fix this problem

The solution to the problem is to return the phone for a refund. Nothing else will do. The next best solution would be to recycle the phone.

A phone is blacklisted by the carrier at the request of the owner. Apple has no control over blacklisting, so Apple can’t help. My guess is that you bought a stolen phone and you have been scammed.
